Regular Mowing
At our disposal is our 60” Toro Titan Zero Turn Mower, 42” JD Garden Tractor, or 22” Toro gas push bag mower. Which ever suits the size of yard, and gates. Complete trimming done after grass cutting. Customer to state frequency, and height for mowing the grass. 2.5” is the minimum recommended grass cut height in order to retain moisture in the soil thru shade, and to repel grubs (and other lawn-unfriendly insects)! Normal frequency for cutting the grass is weekly, during the growing season.
Spraying
For weed suppression and pest control needs.
Dethatching
Removes the thick layer of dead plant material (thatch). This allows air, water, and nutrients to reach your plants and soil again. Dethatching allows your lawn to drain better as well. By learning why dethatching is important, as well as when and how to dethatch, it will be easier to keep your lawn healthy.

Edging
Edging of side walks, driveways, curbs, and flower beds is available with 3.5 HP gas Mclane Edger. This really provides and lawn with a “finished” look!
Aerating
Aerating your lawn allows vital nutrients, water, sunlight and oxygen to sink in and reach the root system of your lawn. This will promote a healthy and deep root system, giving you a lush green lawn that is better equipped to defend against the intrusion of unwanted weeds and grasses.

Spreading
For your overseeding and fertilization requirements.
Soil Assessment
We can take several soil samples from your lawn to test for PH, nitrogen, phosphate and potash levels to determine the ideal care plan for your lawn.

Fertilization and Weed Control
Fertilizing 4 times a year. 1st and 3rd will be an application of Scotts Weed & Feed Fertilizer with our 100 lb tow-behind spreader2, 50 lb push spreader, and hand spreader for tight areas. All spreaders are broadcast type. Spraying Fertilizer and Weed control is also available, with a 25 gallon tow behind 8’ sprayer.
